These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Testmate Serve application and services provided by Teachfly Educare Pvt Ltd. By using the platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and with Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. Eligibility

The platform is intended for organizations. Users must be authorized representatives of their organization.

2. Services Provided

Testmate Serve enables recording dispatch, delivery, installation; uploading challans, installation/training photos, geo-tagged data; accessing dashboards; and raising/managing support tickets.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, not upload unlawful content, comply with Indian laws, and safeguard their login credentials.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights in Testmate Serve belong to Teachfly Educare Pvt Ltd. Users are granted a limited license for use and may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the platform.

5. Data & Privacy

User data will be processed as per our Privacy Policy, compliant with the IT Act, 2000 and IT Rules, 2011.

6. Payments & Fees

If applicable, subscription fees are payable as per plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for interruptions due to network failures, errors caused by user input, unauthorized access from weak passwords, or indirect/consequential damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate user accounts if false information is provided, services are misused, or Terms are violated.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thane, Maharashtra.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
